“I’m staying for good” – Basti Artadi

I’m staying for good…
During the Tanduay First Five press launch, Basti Artadi made the landmark announcement via a recorded message that only a handful of people have known prior to the event. Wolfgang’s frontman is staying in the Philippines for good and the band is entering a new phase in their almost twenty-year existence.
Basti is still in the US but he will be back with the band for the 30-city tour that kicks off on March 25 in Puerto Princesa City. Wolfgang is also working on a new album that would contain songs in Filipino and according to Manuel Legarda, the expected release date is sometime bu the end of 2011.
Since Basti will be back in town, you can expect that Wolfgang will be hitting the bar circuit just as often and just as hard as the other big names in rock. Fans would be surely anticipating Wolfgang’s return to their rightful place as one of the best headliners in the country.
